1. General:

  • These terms and conditions govern all sales of medicinal products by Moon Medicine Suppliers Pvt. Ltd. ("the Company"). By placing an order with the Company, the customer ("the Customer") agrees to be bound by these terms and conditions.
  • The Company reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting on the Company's website or other designated platform

2. Product Information:

  • The Company endeavors to provide accurate and up-to-date information regarding the medicinal products offered. However, the Company does not warrant the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of any product information. The manufacturer of the medicinal product shall be solely liable for any inaccuracies, errors, or omissions in the product information, as it is the manufacturer's responsibility to provide accurate and compliant data.
  • Customers are advised to consult with a qualified healthcare professional before using any medicinal product.

3. Ordering and Payment:

  • Orders can be placed through the Company's designated ordering channels (e.g., mobile application, phone, direct sales)

Payment Terms:

  • All payments must be made in full, in advance, or via Cash on Delivery (COD).
  • No orders will be processed or dispatched if any outstanding amounts are due.
  • No credit or due payment terms are offered.
  • Payment methods accepted will be clearly stated on the ordering platform.
  • The Company reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order at its sole discretion.

4. Order Processing and Cancellation:

  • Once an order has been processed, it cannot be cancelled or returned. This is due to the nature of medicinal products and maintaining product integrity.
  • "Processed" is defined as the point at which the order has been prepared for shipment, or handed to a delivery service.
  • The company will make a reasonable effort to inform the customer of the order status.
  • However, if products upon delivery have expired dates or damaged packaging, they can be returned according to company policy. Returns due to change of mind may be limited or excluded by the company policy. Products that do not meet other quality standards as defined by company policy can also be returned.

  • The Company is not liable for any delays or damages caused by third-party delivery services.
  • The customer is responsible for providing accurate delivery information.

  • The Company's liability for any defective or non-conforming product is limited to the replacement of the product or a refund of the purchase price, at the Company's discretion.

  • These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Nepal.
  • The Company's liability for any defective or non-conforming product is limited to the replacement of the product or a refund of the purchase price, at the Company's discretion.
